Looks like we'll all be crazy dementia people next week. If you believe this. I've done social isolation for 8 months. I was surrounded by people in yeshiva I talked to all day for about 6 months before that. You feel a weird pain at first, and once you identify it, many options to alleviate, reduce or disassociate from it. The right one depends on how bad it is, but I did 5 months in a room with no windows and barely seeing a person a week for an hour, I've survived way more painful things than that.

The last five situations I've been in, everyone told me they couldn't make it though it. You're stronger than you know. The things in you that feel bad in bad situations can be euthanized, and then you don't even remember what they felt like soon after.
