I hear them setting them off all the time. It's not supposed to be done in residential areas. I can hear it from the city side of the border. I live right on the suburban side. They sell them in the parking lot of the same shopping center that was looted at the end of May. There are still boarded up stores there.
Maybe they fight by throwing fireworks at each other because they're upset that "it be racist that none of dem be black". I guess they have to stick to red and green (the other colors of the Negro flag).
