LA juvenile detention center forces juvenile to take estrogen

The doctors there diagnosed him with "Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD)" and decided he had to be treated with estrogen.
The parents were not informed
The young man was not told what they giving him
He started to grow breasts like a woman
