Fried Chicken is greasy and since it is fried isn't healthy.

Ah, you just haven't lived until you've had some good southern fried food. :)  Guess you Brits don't understand!

Its all about the fish and chips. :D.......even that lacks its title.
I think i've tried fried chicken once and it was more like......fried bones.

Fish & chips is an Aussie favourite, too.

There's NOTHING on Earth so good as real pommy style (beer-battered) fish & chips, sprinkled with salt & vinegar and  wrapped in newspaper.
