I don't think it belongs in a civilized society. But I have to admit, without it, we would have less stuff to laugh about.

The only way you could ban ebonics is if you banned the people who use it, or taught them how to fix their speech.  It's really hard to fix stupid though.

How can it be banned? However, it should be greatly discouraged, not encouraged. You can blame it on urban culture. If we offered the blacks a chance to go to Africa with a bit of money for each volunteer, like Chaim has said on a number of occasions, urban culture would fade away and eventually be completely obliterated.
