The argument that homosexuality is hardwired into certain people is a lie. Neuroplasticity is the capacity of the nervous system to develop new neuronal connections. In other words, the human brain is malleable. We have the freedom of choice to shape it.

What is there to balance? Secular laws that are always forbidden by Torah Law have no substance in God's eyes. They can't be good for anyone.

Even if it is hardwired, G-d gave people free will. He is testing them. There are also people that can't stop committing violent crimes. Are they let free because it's an illness? Mass murderers like that have been executed.
