I don't know if they give you "energy" but they help me stay awake. They're loaded with caffeine, I don't know how much the other ingredients really do, I just drink it because I don't like coffee so I use it as a coffee substitute.
If it contains B vitamins as well as caffeine it will boost your energy.
Yeah, they're packed with all sorts of vitamins especially B vitamins. The energy drink I usually have (Monster) has 100% daily value of two forms of vitamin B. What about the ginseng, taurine, and carnitine? Do you know if any of that does anything or is it just a way for the energy drinks to throw fancy names out there to make it seem like the energy drinks have something in them that nothing else does?

"The Jews will eventually have to face up to what you're dealing with here. The arabs will never love you for what good you've brought them. They don't know how to really love. But hate! Oh, G-d, can they hate! And they have a deep, deep, deep resentment because you have jolted them from their delusions of grandeur and shown them for what they are-a decadent, savage people controlled by a religion that has stripped them of all human ambition . . . except for the few cruel enough and arrogant enough to command them as one commands a mob of sheep. You are dealing with a mad society and you'd better learn how to control it."
