I'm sorry but soul food is very tasty. Once in a while we make jumbalaya, fried chicken, candied yams, greens, etc in my house. It's not healthy but man is it good. We also bake cornbread. ;p

It's like southern food pretty good.Ethiopian food i never eat but someone in Israel told it's great and spicy.French food i never eat and never intend to sounds horrible

Ethiopian food is the best.  If you eat beef, they say the special tibs are to die for.

If you like spice, and eat beef try the special tibs.  They are cooked in a red spicy sauce called "wat".  If you're vegetarian you can eat the gomen wat which is lentils in red spicy sauce. 

Some Ethiopian joints will assume a "Westerner" would require the flatware to eat with, but you should insist on eating the traditional way with the Injera bread.

I'm thinking of asking an Ethiopian Jew to open a kosher Ethiopian restaurant.They have kosher Italian, chinesse,Tai,Indian, middle eatern,Persian and many other ethnic kosher restaurants why not Ethiopian
