  Might very well be that no one is born
  a bigot, but seems sometimes as though
  aside from the exceptions of the dynamics of
  ignorant conditioning, jealousy and evil, absurd
  as it seems, some could be born with anti Semitic
  genes.

Free will is granted to all people. If one desires to turn to the path of good and be righteous, the choice is his. Should he desire to turn to the path of iniquity, the choice is his.

 Agreed, however it is quite evident that many
 choose to use free will more for bad more often
 than for good or righteousness and that is a shame
 and results in a significant imbalance (ratio of good
 to bad).
