Correct. The loophole is in the college admissions essay. A basketball American with lower test scores than whites and Asians can just mention their race in the essay along with whatever perceived “hardships” they’ve experienced because of their race.

Perhaps there needs to be legislation requiring colleges to maintain a quota of 90% white, Jewish, and/or Asian students in order to combat racial discrimination by leftist universities.  The FBI also needs to raid colleges that offer remedial reading.
