No. 397/07 – 02. 04. 2007.

The Government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina in exile is honored to send her greetings to Diplomatic-Consular Offices in Republic of Serbia and to notify them (as it was already initiated in the note No 351/6, from 11. 29. 2006) about atrocities above Serbs and ethnical cleansing of the Serbs in Republic of Serbian Krajina and Republic of Croatia. This is followed by the fact that Croatia with the newest governmental and judgmental behavior is seriously supporting the results of those atrocities and ethnical cleansing.
The Government of the Republic of Republic Krajina strongly suggests that the members of European Union are not working on the prevention of such behavior of Croatian government in order to push Croatia to remove the consequences of her genocide and ethnical cleansing over the Serbs since 1990 until 1995. The executive organs of EU do not care about such behavior of Croatia, although EU has signed with Croatia “The agreement about stabilization and joining between Republic of Croatia and members of EU”, according to which it the punishment of those who did atrocities in any way is predicted, as it is written in the book entitled Collaboration in the questions of punishment”. In the paragraph of that book 80 it is precisely told that terrorism will be prevented and that, that kind of job the European Union and Republic of Croatia are obliged to work on. The Government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina is trying to introduce to the members of EU the British judge Tim Workman, one of honored exceptions in Europe, who has shown that he is aware of Croatian judgment and its application of the methods of discrimination regarding Serbs, accusing them for war crimes without any witness of that crime. On the basis of these conformed facts, the judge Workman has refused (by the end of March 2007) the submission of accused Serb Milan Spanovic, exiled from Glina in the Republic of Serbian Krajina.
The Government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina is hoping that the governments of the members of EU will keep on this rightful decision of British judge and request from Croatia to end the terror over the exiled Serbs, as well as to (following the international law) remove the consequences of the crime of genocide and ethnic cleansing over the Serbs in the Republic of Serbian Krajina and the Republic of Croatia, since 1990- 1995.
The government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina in exile is using this opportunity to repeat the expression of her high honor to the Diplomatic-Consular Offices in Republic of Serbia.
