On a historical note Dov Hikind was Chaim's partner in running a JDL front group called SOIL (Save Our Israeli Land) in the 1970s

What does he plan on doing with that change?  I think he was only a democrat in name in order to be elected in New York. But now he’s not in office.

He retired from politics & indeed was  only a Democrat in name only in order to get elected this his brother Pinny who I was friendly with years ago told me so  but I think now he has formed a organization to fight Anti Semitism something like the ADL but right wing & not woke not quite what the now moribund & no longer existent JDL was which is unfortunate as  a revival or resurrection of the JDL in North America is sorely needed!!!

  While no one is “perfect” and perhaps
  it would probably be better for him to
  instead run for political office in the Land
  of Israel, he is a good man and truly is one
  of the “too few” Jewish ‘politicians’ in the galut
  that always does his best to be effective on Jewish
  issues.
