Gentiles are obligated to fulfill the Seven Noahide Commandments because they are the eternal command of God, transmitted through Moses our teacher in the Torah. The main and best book on details of Noahide observance is "The Divine Code" by Rabbi Moshe Weiner.

 :usa+israel:                                                                                                                          :fist:

What I understood from the ‘dissertation’
of Rav Tovia about this was mainly that
he, among other things, conveyed the
necessity of a King more than other reasons,
as a “guiding light” for the Jewish people to
avert them from idolatrous practices, etc. and
to essentially keep them on the right and Holy
  path to redemption.
