It sounds like their main issue is that they believe Jewish people are causing gentrification by purchasing buildings in that area which is in turn pushing the poorer black residents rent/housing prices up and at the same time they believe that Jewish people aren't contributing enough to that community to make up the difference.

It also sounds like this narrative has been widely spread around through the community there and seems to create a lot of resentment. I wonder if they really believe this or if they are just using it as an excuse for why they hate Jewish people.  I also wonder if maybe there's a way to help educate them so they can get a different perspective more based in reality.

I kind of get the sense that a lot of them may be discouraged in thinking that they too can't achieve such things. They seem to be under the impression that because of racism or other reasons that they're unable to be the ones to get enough money to buy the buildings themselves or achieve greater goals or make enough money to give back to their community.

In other words they seem to be blaming their own failure as a community on another convenient group because it's too hard for some reason for them to self-reflect and make the right changes to rise up and do better. Jealousy is easier for them.

This is an issue that has been building for well over 50+ years... Back in the 1960's liberal Jews put in a great deal of time and effort organizing the Negro civil rights movement... What they ever thought they were going to get out of this was a mystery to me then and still is to some extent this very day... What Jews got in repayment was a good kick in the rump from blacks and distain from a large part of the rational American population by organizing a movement that may have died on the vine...  Truth be told a large part of the black population has taken this help and have become productive and just want to live in peace however there is the part that just can't make the transition into humanity... This is the segment that is being instigated into violence by socialist liberals as a useful tool to destroy the country... Jews are the first victims in this mix...  The Biden administration spends most of its time pitting population groups against each other possibly to distract the population for noticing destructive policy it puts in place each day... Sadly unless people start voting differently and remove the race baiters from power this issue will only become worse.

No offense intended but most Jewish people I meet in person, even my friends, are kind of wimpy and hard left, not like people on JTF at all. I'm not sure why they think being aligned with the leftists is a good idea. It makes about as much sense as "Queers for Palestine" when they'd all be murdered if they were in Gaza... why Jewish people would keep voting for people who hate them and support their enemies makes no sense either.
