Shliach Murdered in Reichstag

A Chabad shliach went to UAE to do "mivtzaim" for jüdenrat who vacation there.  He was murdered.

What's next, they're going to send an emissary to the SS headquarters?

In my opinion, Chabad has gone completely off its rocker.
