I was uneasy about Vance early on but as I saw more of him, I have started to like him a great deal...  Sadly, I see Puttan's position on NATO but I am sure he has many other goals that I may not really agree with... I dislike Zelensky a great deal... I believe the U.S is tossing billions of dollars into the toilet by prolonging a war that should just been resolved over a conference table... The NATO countries should have never allowed Zelensky to think NATO could play a part in protecting his country without starting a major world conflict that nobody needs. The 60's Cuban missile crisis always comes to my mind discussing this conflict.

  I have to say cjd, that I am ‘uneasy’
  about the current VP especially since
  that trip to Germany he made not that
  long ago and what that obviously entailed.
  Cruz or DeSantis or any politician that is
  even remotely like them would never have
  entertained such a thing and therefore, by
  virtue of that fact, I do not believe that he
  is ‘potential’ Presidential material. That is
  not to say that everything Trump does I am
  in agreement with either and it hopefully was
  not POTUS that encouraged this. I do not
  believe that this is “part and parcel” of ‘playing
  politics’ and therefore, being more than reason-
  able about it, virtually impossible to gain my trust.

You hit the nail on the head as far as the U.S is concerned... No more money and just shut up... That would be a win win for the U.S.
