English subtitles are already on the Youtube version. You have to do a little work to see it:

Click on the CC Button
On the button next to that one select subtitles and pick English.

You can also take your copy, upload it to youtube. Wait a little while then select English subtitles to always appear. I think you may have to say it is hebrew language first so it automatically makes Hebrew subtitles.
