Title: Is Soros a not see?

I read that Soros helped the not sees take from his own fellow jews and many other things.
So, is he a not see?

Whether he is or isn't, we know he's evil and has to be opposed. The particular flavor of evil isn't as important as recognizing him as an enemy.
