I've seen this happen first-hand... well, not with nurses, but with a teacher's assistant at an adult school full of black seniors.  The old blacks would always cringe when the black youths would pass by with their gangster-attitude... so one of the TA's approached and threatened and shoved one of the wheelchair-bound seniors.
