Depends on the kind of music I guess, but Miljenko Matijevic has super-human vocal abilities:

Yeah, Miljenko Matijevic had (and still has) over a 4 octave range, but its not a squeaky feeble voice, it's very powerful voice which is an incredibly rare combination. He was semi-popular in the U.S. in the late 80's with a band called Steelheart, but became hugely successful in Korea for some reason. So 30 years later, there are kPop stars still trying to sing like him... but they sound weak.. not even remotely close.
If you wanna hear what a 4 octave range sounds like:

Btw, I don't mean to hijack this thread, but speaking of super-human voices, this Israeli singer (David Draiman from Disturbed) is amazing.

And my favorite singer from that era (who also just happened to be Jewish) Chris Cornell (Audio-Slave, Soundgarden) : RIP

The following song has female vocals. If you are forbidden by Torah Law to do so, don't listen to it.

Do you especially love this song? I know that you listen different kind of music.

ET and Vanna are exceptions to my usual musical taste. They are hugely popular in Croatia, so I got into their music.

I heard this song before, I'm going to look for Vanna if they sing some songs that I'm familiar with.

You probably heard Tek je 12 sati. The lyrics are sexual, but I really like the music and Vanna's voice.

Toni Cetinski 23 prosinac - Samo ostaje nada: https://youtu.be/zZXv9FPhEp8
It has male and female vocals. The refrain is incredibly poetical and emotional:
"Samo ostaje nada da vrijeme
sad liječi sve rane
i da Bog će mi dati sad snage
preživjet te dane."
"There is only hope left that time
now heals all wounds
and that God will give me strength now
to survive those days."

I went to a concert by Zvjezdan Vojvodić, a young Croatian pianist. He played Papandopulo, Chopin, Scriabin, Liszt, Franck, Tchaikovsky and Gershwin. That is an incredible repertoire for a young musician or any musician. Check him out: https://youtu.be/ZtwTydS7oOs

Ex Mozartine feat. Damir Urban - Glas Jeka https://youtu.be/iWFo7xC8A5w
Pletem niti oko svijeta
Al' jedino što izmolim
Je glas mojih jeka
Sve loše, sve ono što ne valja
Plima skrije kada dođemo do kraja
Samo par dragulja zasvijetli na dlanu
Ti se pusti nek te vodi kišno jutro
Dok more topi bačene riječi
Tone svo moje blago
Na dno života jednog oceana
Tvojim imenom šijem jedra,
Pletem niti oko svijeta
Al' jedino što izmolim
Je glas mojih jeka
Tvojim imenom šijem jedra,
Pletem niti oko svijeta
Al' jedino što izmolim
Je glas mojih jeka
Jen, dva, tri
Tvojim imenom šijem jedra,
Pletem niti oko svijeta
Al' jedino što izmolim
Je glas mojih jeka
Tvojim imenom šijem jedra,
Pletem niti oko svijeta
Al' jedino što izmolim
Je glas mojih jeka
