I wonder what will happen to the one in Tel Aviv. Maybe it will be a consulate but it would be too big and cost too much money to operate.

I'm glad its happening sooner rather than later. By the way, the decision to accelerate the move is partially politics. Trump does NOT want to see Netanyahu replaced by an unfriendly leftist, so he wants this done asap... to try and boost his popularity against the corruption charges.

Jerusalem has always been the Capital of Israel, but now the declaration is going to stick, this is the Lord's work, he puts the right people in office to fulfill his purposes, his history over mans. What we see are God's power and people he is using as his instruments, His will is being done on earth and no man will ever stop it! JERUSALEM IS GOD'S HOLY CITY.
There are many reasons why we have been working hard to see America's embassy moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. One of the most important is the power of example. This is the first step. Other countries have announced that they will relocate their embassy their as well. Only the most virulent anti-Israel countries will hold outfit more and more countries began to fall in line with the acknowledgment of the reality regarding Jerusalem.
"Many nations will come and say: "Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths." The law will go out from Zion, the Word of the LORD from Jerusalem." Micah 4:2
I remember when columnist Charles Krauthammer wrote graphically of the land today, "Israel is the very embodiment of the Jewish continuity: It is the only nation on earth that inhabits the same land, bears the same name, speaks the same language, and worships the same God that it did some 3000 years ago. You dig the soil and you find potter from the Davidic times, coins from Bar Kokhba, and 2000 year old scrolls written in script remarkably like the one that today advertises ice cream at the corner of the candy store in Israel."
Land for Peace has become an empty promise. There will never be a fair two state solution until the Messiah comes back. The Palestinians, which are really another name for Philistines, who have never had claim to the Land. They ignore the history of both ancient and modern times, and God's designation of the Land as the eternal possession of the Jewish people.

The Messiah never came, so he's can't come "back". He will come once. When he does come, there also won't be a "two state solution". In fact, many of the countries that exist along side Israel will no longer exist. Lebanon and Jordan will be completely part of the new Davidic Kingdom of Israel. Parts of Syria, Egypt, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia also will be part of Israel. The parts that won't be part of Israel will belong to the Righteous Gentiles, not the Muslims which currently rule those countries. So Saudi Arabia won't exist under that name since Islam won't exist. It will be Arabia and belong to the very few righteous Arabs that will exist at that time. Christianity also won't exist. The only religion that will exist will be Judaism for Jews and the Noahide Laws for Righteous Gentiles.

In 1377, Ibn Khaldun, one of the most creditable Arab historians, wrote: "Jewish sovereignty in the Land of Israel extended over 1400 years... It was the Jews who implanted the culture and customs of the permanent settlement".
In year 985 the Arab writer Muqaddasi complained: "the mosque is empty of worshipers... The Jews constitute the majority of Jerusalem’s population" (The entire city of Jerusalem had only one mosque?).

The Arabs originally built the abominations on the Temple Mount for political reasons. The Arab rulers from Damascus wanted to make Jerusalem a pilgrimage site to compete with those in Mecca and Medina.

She is probably more Pro-Israel than AIPAC. It's good to watch the speakers but I think they should lobby AIPAC instead of vice versa. I also think it's silly that Orthodox rabbis go there and don't try to influence AIPAC from within. My rabbi goes there and the conference cost so much money that could be going to stuff on the ground in Israel.
