Is it safe to say that John Kerry is an idiot regardless whether you agree with Iraq or don't to say what he said about our troops when he ran to Hanoi Jane is disgusting

Other then lie about his military history what has he done besides marry two rich widows even dumping very rich widow to marry an even richer widow?
