Hope you all appreciate it, it is a very rare find (no, it's not to me). I'm pretty sure it's the writing of the Rav. Who can confirm this?

Yup its the Rav, I know someone who was high up, he has 30 letters from the Rav, some of them say things about people that if revealed now, would shake up the Kahanist movement.

I am good at reading handwriting. Here are the words of the letter:

IDK the only clue to the date are the stamp on the return envalope and the stamp on the letter. I have to look at the stamps to estimate the date.
