Title: Serbian Food

Hi all,
I don't know if this is the right section to post this but was wondering if anyone recommends any good Serbian Food. I'm not too familiar with it, but just looking at the pictures of Serbian Food looks delicious. I like Greek food, but don't know if that is similar.

Our food has specialities that include german,
austro-hungarian ones,
up to turkish ones.

You can eat schtrudeln and baklava.

Of course,
there are Slavic specialities,
also.

And Ambiorix,
who is related to Asterix and Obelix

 ;)

(french comic strip about ancient french celtic roots),
would definitely love to have a full plate of
the MAIN speciality is the roasted pig,
with an apple in its mouth.

Cevapcici also called Cevapi for short, Like swedish meatballs but tastier and long instead of balls (Serbian)
Burek, don't know how to explain that:P (Turkish)
Sarma cabbage rolls(Turkish)
Pasul , Beans and dried pork (Don't know the origin) but my favourite.

Cevapcici is turkish "kebab".

I bet it is!

haha, for some crazy reason...i always say "sounds" delicious!?? haha. it's crazy. even when speaking in Afrikaans, i still continue to make this mistake ::)

But then again, it's 3:22 AM in the morning... :::D

I'm not very sure that the last
Serbian Army's picture "tasted" so good....
With pictures of such a size,
I would get disgusted even of an apple.
