They are not on the same servers. SF has its own with offsite back up. It is solid as a rock currently.

It protrays him as initially a rather ruthless man who went in to make a fortune off the situation. He eventually sees the brutallity and ends up spending every penny he has to save lives.

I greatly admire Steven Spielberg for using his profits from the film to set up the Shoah to videotape and preserve the testimonies of Holocaust survivors and witnesses
