You are referring to Shirat Hasticker (http://www.israelcentersf.org/music/hadag-nahash-sticker.mp3 (http://www.israelcentersf.org/music/hadag-nahash-sticker.mp3)).  It's just a satirical recitation of different bumper stickers found in Israel.  Trust me, they're no Kahanists.
