From Wikipedia:
"MSNBC will broadcast a two-hour debate at Florida Atlantic University. The organizers include the university, NBC, Leadership Florida, the Florida Press Association and the Florida Public Broadcasting Service Inc. It will be Thursday, January 24, from 9 to 11 pm EST. AARP and Environmental Defense are the lead underwriting sponsors."
I think Brian Williams and/or Tim Russert will be moderating it.
