Title: Where did these African Countries vote?

   Rabbi Kahane had mentioned this in a speech about the black Hebrews. I found this passage on a Muslim Nazi page: www.rense.com/general31/didyouknow.htm #12. My question is where did these African nations get the chance to vote? They didn't vote in UN resolution 181. It would have been a disaster for Israel had they voted on UN resolution 181 itself.
