He was protecting his farm, and livelyhood.

A person breaks into your home, or is stealing from your property, you should have the right to shoot them dead ;)

Someone breaks into my home, even if they arent armed, they will get shot, likely killed, Im not going to stop to question his intentions as to why he is in my house in the middle of the night, nor am I going to wait to see if he has a weapon first.

Poor guy was only defending what was his >:(
