I know many of you may not care about Butto, and may also not trust in the UN, but if suicide bombing is really declared a crime against humanity it would be a great step to protect Israel and condemn Hamas/PLO nazis!!!! Even leftists and pro-palis forbid open nazism in Europe, so, if suicide bombing is equated to genocide, nearly all pro-palis statements would lead to jail, as both PLO and Hamas have commited it!!!

With all due respect to you, Raulmarrio2000,
The issue of suicide bombing has long ago been discussed inside the UN, and the majority of nations, led by the enemies of the U.S.A. and Israel, have long ago refused to brand this particular variety of terrorism as anything other than "legitimate resistance to Zionist Occupation.
Signing on to this online petition, is meaningless and worthless, with the the exception being the third sentence reading "I join with the Simon Wiesenthal Center in...".
Translation: Suicide bombing will remain unchanged, but the signatories to the petition will now and forever be bombarded with pleas for cash donations to the Wiesenthal Center.
A non-profit Corporation dedicated to ending discrimination must always have discrimination, else it can not justify its own reason for existence.
The only way to end suicide bombings, is to KILL THE TERRORISTS ALONG WITH ALL WHO SUPPORT THEM.
I can assure you that the Simon Wiesenthal Center considers the killing of all terrorists and their supporters to be a far more heinous "crime against humanity" than it does the massacre of Jewish men, women, and children.

I don't know much about Wiesenthal center. I have signed many of their petitions. I came to know them through a Karaite some years ago when I was interested in different schisms in Jewish history and contacted the Karaite site. They had also found Wiesenthal by chance, since Karaite leaders in England are strongly anti-secularism and left, and made many videos to expose the savage Palis.
Regarding Jewish orgs, I think we must support their good work even if we disagree with their ideology. Wiesenthal's policy may be leftist, but they are anti-nazi. Now liberalism has become a more dangerous enemy than the nearly extinguished openly nazis, but we must not despise those who still fight against nazism. We don't know if someday we will need their work. Open nazim is dead now but....world is always changing!!!!!!

Technically, a systematic terror campaign against civilians constitutes a crime against humanity. I'm against the UN and their definitions of crimes against humanity. Trying to work within the framework of crimes against humanity only strengthens their legitimacy, and when this happens, they are ONLY going to be used AGAINST Israel. The concept of crime against humanity is only even somewhat effective when it's being used against a state like Israel, terrorists know that they are committing these crimes and they don't care. An attempt to make "crimes against humanity" more balanced or fair will only legitimate the category of crimes, with a negative impact on Israel and other states dealing with terrorism.

The UN is very very strongly anti Israel as well as anti America.

I agree with the spirit of the letter. However, the petition and the UN can't do anything to stop suicide bombings. What are they gonna do? Pass another resolution? That doesn't mean anything to radicals who are set in ending their own lives anyway. The only solution is to blow them up before they blow themselves up.

I know the UN is strongly anti-Israel and will do their best to use any new resolution to blame Isrealis. However they'll never be able to use such a resolution against Israel, simply because no Israeli will ever do a suicide bombing.
Of course, terrorists, who don't even care about their own lives, won't mind if they are labeled as criminals against humanity. The resolution won't be used against Falastinians either, simply because an ethnicity (imaginary in this case) cannot be condemned as a whole. But ALL Falastinian orgs and parties have taken part in suicide bombings and, if they are officially declared guilty of crimes against humanity, they would be formally equated to nazis. It can have an interesting effect here in Argentina, and also in most European countries.
According to our Laws here, if someone speaks in favour of nazi German Govt, even if he only praises it for anything like economical policies, and not condoning the Holocaust, he'll go to jail for 3 years. And many European countries have similar Laws. So, let's see....could Argentinian or European journalists or officials defend the ANP or any other Falastinian orgs if the UN has declared their crimes as genocide? Could most countries still demand Israeli concessions? Concessions to whom????? There is not even one Plai group which is guilt-free from suicide bombings!!!!! And even if a new pali party were created, it would never condemn the suicide bomber unconditionally. So any recognition of "peace" talks would be technically punishable with jail here. Of course, it won't be taken to practise, but it would be interesting that anyone who publicly claims for "peace" is breaking the Law.
