Title: Solution to Energy Crisis!

I proposed this answer to a friend today in conversation.  I'm not sure it would be practical, and more research needs to be done, but how about taking violent criminals, those on death row, etc., and emulsifying them into a renewable fuel.  This could be a boom for the hybrid car market and perhaps would also act as a deterrent to would be criminals. O0

I have decided to take this idea to a patent office.  I will keep everyone updated. O0
