Title: Massachusetts: Own more than 2 guns? You become a criminal
Post by: White Israelite on February 05, 2008, 01:17:52 PM
Massachusetts gun owners had better fasten their seat belts. Suffolk County's District Attorney Dan Connelly is proposing a state law that would make possession of three or more firearms sufficient for a criminal charge of intent to distribute guns illegally.

Connelly's interview is at the end of this WCBV-TV expose of the failure of gun control laws (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_PiGR8L588&feature=user)

to prevent 4,137 gun crimes annually in the state. The TV station and the state blame illegal trafficking of guns purchased legally in other states and transported into the state. The federal government also doesn't have strict enough gun control laws and there's that pesky gun show loophole too.

Remember the old saying: "Nothing succeeds like failure." There's another old saying to remember: "Gun control--not just your right, but also your left. Far left."

It's also interesting that ATF Director Sullivan, whose interview precedes Connelly's, said that there are enough federal laws and that they are adequate.

This Governor needs to be rode out of the state IMMEADATELY!
