Determine your Body Mass Index (BMI) here.
What is the BMI?
The BMI is an indirect measure of body composition, based on your height and weight. To find out your BMI enter your weight in kilograms and height in centimetres into our calculator.
Who shouldn't use the BMI?
People who should not use the BMI are: anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing women, frail and sedentary elderly people, competitive athletes or body builders.
If you fall under one of these categories, you should consult your doctor about any concerns over weight.

20 or 21.5. Recently 21.5. A few weeks ago, 20.
between 18.5 and 24.9 is healthy.
I do not exercise though.. Just lucky genes.
In my teenage years I would have been less though. Maybe like 18.
