He's talking nonesense. It's true that Facism have strong roots with Communism, but there's nothing to compare with Liberalism. The French revulotion was a right-wing Liberal revulotion. Original Liberalism is a right wing ideology, I think that only in the USA Liberals are left-wing.

Good point. The real liberals are opposed to welfare money, foreign aid and subventions.
I think so called liberals in the US. [I don't agree with liberalism] are mainly real socialists, like [I am shure] Barak Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton. :(

The Liberal party in Belgium in 1900 was representing the industrial elite and was oposed to the Socialist Party.
But calling the French Revolution real right wing? Can you explain please?
