A Kuwaiti newspaper on Tuesday published unprecedentedly harsh criticism of the terror attack which killed eight students at Mercaz Harav Yeshiva.

"The attack at the yeshiva was a barbaric murder of eight children who were engaged in religious study," read an op-ed in the daily Al-Watan. "This odious and inhuman terror attack exemplifies the extremist and inhuman path of the terror organizations Hamas and Hizbullah."
The writer goes on to assert that "the terror attack must prompt the free world to comprehend the magnitude of terrorism and its threats and to realize that a clear and unequivocal stance must be assumed against it. There can be no negotiations with terrorism that indiscriminately aims itself at students, women and babies without any consideration for the means and the targets."
Contrasting the terror attack with the IDF's operations in the Gaza Strip, the writer explains that "there is no link between a murderous terrorist act and the inadvertent killing of civilians in response to the firing of rockets by Hamas."
The piece presented a stark contrast to the main current in the Arab press, which presented almost sweeping praise for the "heroic operation."

Amazing! Must be checked out further. As of this writing, there are 8 happy talkbacks on jpost.com. A Google search I did showed that the paper is Saudi, not Kuwaiti. (Huh???) I asked a Jewish friend who is studying Arabic to find the original article and verify all this.

come on the whole Kuwaiti paper did not condemn the attack..only a letter to the editor of an individual condemned the attack. This is an example of 1 in a million Muslim or Arab (if even was one) that condemn this. Another sorry attempt by jpost or haaretz to show that not all Muzzies are evil and thefore we shouldn't hate them..
Now as far as what was written...it was done very well and i praise whomever had the guts to write that stuff.

A lot of Kuwaitis would like the terrorists (and most of the surrounding arab peasants) to drop dead so they can spend their money and drink their French wine & Jonnie Walker Black Lable in peace.
-
the Kuwaitis do dislike Hamas, not because they have any sympathy for the Jews, but Hamas is a branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, whose open goal is Islamic revolution to replace all existing regimes, including the Kuwaiti Royals.

One of the beefs the arab masses have with the oil state arabs is that they hire only foreigners, not the mass of unemployed arabs from surrounding countries. The reason is the Kuwaitis, Saudis and other oil-rich arabs don't trust the arab masses as far as they could throw them. They also know full well that given half a chance, their 'arab brothers' would descend on their little, guilded oasies like locusts and strip them clean.

The future will fully reveal a challenge to the current caliphate of the monarchies with the al quedas

This is shocking. Maybe the Muslims will come to their sences and convert.
