Awesome. I've read in there that 60,000 Iranian Jews lived there before the islamic revolution! I had no idea there were that many Jews in Iran at some point.
It proves the criminal Islamic regime isn't friendly to the Jews, the majority of them had to leave in fear of muslim fanatics.

Most of them settled in LA

Most of the Persians I know are Jewish. At any rate, many of them have been driven out or 'extreminated' during the Carter... I mean Islamic revolution.
-
You should call them Persian, not Iranian.
They don't call themselves that, but what does it matter when I am attacked by so called Jews for supporting them in the first place.

Why would someone attack you for supporting them? >:(

Iranian is just what shows up in the passport of an Persian Jew born in Iran. How is this even an issue?

hey, who's knocking on my homeys? :P
i think there is a danger with the Persian community especially in LA, but not exclusively to LA. If Jews are meant to settle in Israel, I have this funny feeling that the LA Jews and possibly Kings Point Jews will hesistate in making aliyah because their lifestyle (or life essstyle) is very big and comfortable here and in Israel won't be nearly as good, especially with the socialist economy over there.

there are many Persian Jews in Queens
actually, with the exception of these Persian Jews, i doubt the the really well to do ones would make Aliya

Because some people don't think any Jew is worth nothing unless they came from their community.
My belief a Jew is a Jew regardless.
