Great stuff. I read about this in a local Jewish newpaper in Tampa recently. Their was a recent marriage between the Chinese Jewish woman and an Israeli Jewish man according to that article.

It would be a longshot ACK, given that it is such a small and remote community, but you never know.  Do some genealogy research.   :-\

I know a couple Chinese who have converted to Judaism, based upon their husbands faith.

My parents once spoke of people who have little soy sauce dishes on their heads.
A soy sauce dish is a tiny dish about less than three inches across.
