A piece of good news for once, according to this not only is the Rabbi of a shul moving to Israel he is attempting to bring an entire community of Americans on a mass Aliyah to a new community, if I wasnt already here this would be attractive to me http://www.nofei.co.il/news.htm (http://www.nofei.co.il/news.htm)

This would indeed be good news, G-d willing. I know several families who live in Beit Shemesh (which means "House of the Sun").
But kahaneloyalist, this would NOT be suitable for you, in my opinion. If you live around English-speaking olim (immigrants), you will have a hard time learning Hebrew. You kahaneloyalist should surround yourself with people who do NOT speak English, who only speak Hebrew. It is hard, but it's the best way to learn. It will FORCE you to learn and to focus on Hebrew studies.
Now living in all-Hebrew communities is not the best solution for everyone. But kahaneloyalist is young, very intelligent and has some basic knowledge of Hebrew, and so for him, it is the best, in my opinion.

Baruch Hashem I am already here in Givat Shmuel with very few English speakers.

My thoughts are that it is better to live with people who are similar to yourself because then you would at least have people to talk to. When I will be in Israel I would want to be in a Bukharian populated community (speaking Hebrew and Russian) because you just feel better being around people who are like you.

That's fine, Tzvi, as long as you are with people who speak to you in Hebrew. You MUST learn Hebrew to have a successful aliyah.
Now older people who are my age may not be able to handle living in Hebrew-speaking communities. For them, it is might be better to live in mixed communities with English and Hebrew speakers. But young people like you Tzvi should live among Hebrew speakers, and you should devote the first year or so of your aliyah to learning Hebrew intensively. It is an investment that you will not regret.
