That stuff's for young people.  What do you plan to do when you get older?

I have to be honest. I think the entire "sport" is disgusting and at best animalistic. You are probably going to tell me that it is safe but I totally disagree. It is not worth it.  I feel like it is part of the continuing degeneration of the USA.

This is true, although i still wouldn't do it for the fact that I don't like the idea of getting hit in the head for years and years, that builds up on ur brain.  However, i'm a big fan of MMA, it's one of my favourite things in general.  I'd say if this is something u want to dedicate your life to, then yes.  But if it's just another career option, then no.  The sport is far too risky and competitive to be taken up unless your willing to give it 110% and u have the talent and drive to make it in the long-run.  Really, your going to have a 10 year run in that sport at most so you have to be prepared to make the most of it and make sure your ready before u decide to compete.

You are right now a lot of fighters don't put all the effort in to MMA and they wont make it very far or barely make any money off of it
