Title: Shabbat Shalom, Shabbat HaChodesh Sameach, and Chodesh Tov!

The Staff of The JTF Forum wishes everyone a Shabbat Shalom for Shabbat HaChodesh and a Chodesh Tov for the month of Nissan which begins on Sunday. Nissan is The First of Months and The Month of Redemption. May this Nissan usher in The Final Redemption for all Jews and Righteous Gentiles.

The forum will close for Shabbat Kodesh at 6:20 P.M. and re-open on Motza'ei Shabbat at 8:49 P.M.. Shabbat HaChodesh is the last of the four special Shabbatot in which a second Torah is taken out. The reading in the second reading is the commandment to sanctify The New Moon. It was given on Rosh Chodesh Nissan when G-d showed Moses The New Moon two weeks before The Exodus from Egypt. The reading also contains the laws of The Passover Offering of a lamb or goat. May we merit to bring the offering this year. May this be the will of G-d, and let us say, Amen!
