I bought veal tonight to eat for Shabbat lunch. It's pinkish and looks light like chicken but it is meat from a a calf (Young bull/cow.), not poultry.

I know it doesn't make much sense because I eat beef on occasion, but I never have liked veal much. Plus I get the thought in my head of eating a poor helpless baby.

How was it?

Veal Scallopini is excellent

Let me know when you're having chicken. O0

Veal Scallopini is excellent
He used to play for the Nets. No wait, that was actually Brian "Veal" Scalabrine. His nickname's veal because it rhymes with Veal Scallopini. One of the few non-schwartzes in the NBA, he's on the Celtics now. And he's Italian, MW. O0

Veal is Great!
I can't even remember the last time I had it though, it's expensive!
