Vermont, New Hampshire, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Washington perhaps.  Anywhere in the upper midwest, Pacific Northwest, or the relatively unpopulated areas of the Northeast.

Hehe, I think you are right. The truth is that you prob need one to go to Queens too. All the kosher places in Queens hire illegals too. If you no speaky spansh you no fitte in hehe.
