Title: creatine
Post by: DownwithIslam on April 09, 2008, 12:48:46 AM
What do you guys think about Creatine. The latest research shows that not only is it not dangerous but in fact it is healthy. It has powerful antioxidant properties and improves athletic performance in the gym to boot. I take it and I am experiencing its great benefits.

people should take creatine with white grape juice because it goes straight to the muscles

Taking it with grape juice is not required if you use cell-tech hardcore like I do. It has plenty of sugar in it to drive it into the muscles. You only need to drink juice with it if you take pure creatine monohydrate.

I use these things before the gym, and you can get them at GNC.  I don't bother using blenders and all that cause then it taste like crap.  And I recommend all of the following if you are serious into muscle building but you must work out after you drink this its designed for muscle tissue build up.. And even ladies they got Myoplex lite.

do cardio exercises! run, bicycle, treadmill! I'm totally against creatine! why? because it will increase your muscles, right, but NOT ONLY THE SKELETAL MUSCLES, HEART MUSCLE WILL INCREASE TOO!!! and believe me, that is NOT what you looking for! WHY? because your CORONARY ARTERIES (which suplies blood for the heart) will NOT increase in size proportionally with HEART MUSCLE, and that is one of the reason why you get CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE and LATER on, ACUTE MIOCARDIAL INFARCT, even STROKE, ATRIAL FIBLILATION and so on!
Normal girls don't like big muscles, that's for crazy men who doesn't have enough self confidence! That's my personal opinion!

I would highly recommend Gaspari Nutrition for all your pre workout and creatine needs. I really think they are the best. Muscletech is great as well. For protein I have tried nitro-tech, as well as some other whey proteins. I think you just need to go with one of the reputable brands and you should be fine.

I had gotten high protein oatmeal with blueberries at GNC over the winter.  It wasn't bad at all.  They come in these portable cups incase you are on the go in the morning.

What is your carb intake per day DWI?

My carb intake is higher than it should be. I am the type of peron who can add muscle by just eating lots of protein. I need to lower my carbs now because I want to loose somefat.

DWI, what carb food do you eat per day to build up energy?

I eat different carbs. Sometimes whole wheat bread, whole weat bagels and other things. Sometimes I eat kosher chinese food which is bad for me because of the simple sugars. I will go on a super low carb diet in the near future after i lay down some more muscle because I will want to get my bodyfat somewhat lower as well to look shredded hehehe.
