Title: Brown skin Neo-Nazis in Chile

Apparently the white in white supremacist is not that important.

But the comments on the PBS page and program seem to be your typical leftist comments of blaming the poor economic situation for the rise of the neo-nazis in Chile.

As usual everyone and everything is to blame for someone or some group's atrocious act except the person or people committing the atrocious act.
