It's vile. :(

I've only heard. I will only eat kosher cheese for that reason. And even then it is not healthy

well being Italian cheese is a big ingredient for us. I seen how ricotta, mozzerella and romano fromagio is made. Romano fromago is what you end up putting over pasta when it is just fresh made and aged a certain enough months it has such a sharp bite to it its good and only comes from the province. Fontina another great cheese but its made of sheep's milk, very creamy soft

MW, is riccota an mozzerella made from cow's milk or something more exotic like goat or sheep milk? I try to rarely eat cheese and when I do I try to make it only cow's milk. For some reason I find milk from a sheep, goat, or buffalo to be nauseating. I do love pizza though, so please tell me it's from cow's milk, lol.

Excellent MW. :) I had to give up Nathan's hot dogs years ago when I found out they were wrapped in sheep intestines. Didn't want to miss out on the pizza. How about blue cheese?

I love cheese...I can't leave without it! :-[

They probably sell them somewhere, Yacov. I would only drink cow's milk. Moooooooooooooooooooo. O0

Mozzarella has traditionally been made of water buffalo milk, nowadays most are made of cow milk.
