Is the ad saying that religion is holding him back?  I'm just asking.  Also, why are the subtitles in Russian?  Isn't it supposed to be an Israeli political ad or something?  I mean, you don't see British political ads broadcast in America.  Because typically, political ads are country-specific.

It is an antisemitic video.  It is saying that the "ultra orthodox" religious Jew is backward and a parasite.

It's in Russian because there are a large ammount of Russians in Israel as well as Arabs, so signs are many times in Hebrew, Arabic, and Russian.

Israel is only (non muslim) country in which such antisemitc add is allowed, which is not suprising becouse Israel is becoming post-Jewish country. Imagine such advert for Kach party with Arabs and all "holy" anger from the left.  :D
