Those are Carabinieri, Italy's military police. The local police force is generally very laid back.

Can you imagine when you need the cops, or emt and these hooligans are suppose to protect you and help you when you need it? Oh the U.S. Authorities should learn from the Italians but of course the ACLU (Arab Communist Liberalism Unity) willl whine, you know what let them whine.  Would you trust your life or safety with baboons who they themselves are criminal degnerates?

Italy still has all of the laws passed by Mussolini and his Fascistas on the books.

But, Louisiana still is under Napoleonic Law!   :::D
