Title: How to upload pictures?

I wanted to have a MCCain picture in my profile, but the option "I will upload my own picture" seems not to work, so I just linked to a picture in a website. How can I upload pictures from my PC?

You can use PhotoBucket.
It is easy to open an account and upload pictures from your computer.

Yes, but I just wanted to upload one for my profile, there is an option in the forum, but it doesn't work.

No - it doesn't seem to work easily.
I gave up with it after much wasted time.
I use photobucket.
