Is it Western influence that inspires Israelis to this? Or is it something they've developed on their own?

What western influence on Israel is concerning:

Judaism is one main source of western culture.

To behave like apes is no privilege of blacks, but common in all cultures to a certain extend.

But on the other hand misbehaving under cultural aspects is no integral part of western culture. It is rather a sign of decadence and    degeneracy.  :(

I personally think it would be the way they were raised. The west may be responsible.
