I wonder if his verbal disfluency and incessant stuttering
is due to years of heavy drinking and cocaine usage....

He is an idiot.  The problem is that he is not just an idiot.  If he were just an idiot he wouldn't be so dangerous.  He is a con-man with an evil agenda.  And his greatest fortune is that he is supported by millions of people who know even less than he does.
